The problem

Jieren's team at Zen Carbon Fiber sells made-to-order carbon fiber steering wheels, and every support email arrived with homework attached: open Shopify, search the customer, find the order, check fulfillment, copy the tracking number, switch back, paste, reply.

Five tabs per ticket - multiplied by every "where's my order?" of the day. Support had quietly become the team's biggest time sink.

What we built

A Chrome extension that lives next to the inbox. When an email is opened, it reads the sender's details and matches them to the Shopify order and customer - no searching, no tabs:

• Order, items, and fulfillment status at a glance
• One-click copy for tracking links
• Internal notes on the customer, kept with the order

The result

Replies that took minutes of tab-hunting now take seconds. New hires skip the order-lookup dance entirely, and Jieren got his support afternoons back.
